What to Expect from a Session:

​

Private Yoga Sessions begin with a discussion of your intentions, goals, and needs - body, mind and spirit. With this information, Cassandra will craft and tailor a practice to support your needs.

 

She will take notes during the session to keep record of what postures, alignment cues and movements you felt supported in. Your yoga practice will start with a crystal-tuning and a guided meditation to embody your intention for our time together.

 

Next, we will explore gentle movements to awaken your joints and spine. Once the body is loosened up flow through movements and postures uniquely channeled for your body, mind and spirit. Your yoga practice can be restorative, yin, vinyasa flow, hatha or aerial.

 

Enjoy a grounding cool down followed by a relaxing sound journey during savasana. The Sound Journey will begin with a three bowl grounding technique utilizing the vibrations of a handheld clear crystal singing bowl and two himalayan singing bowls. From there, a variety of sound therapy instruments may be used including quartz crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, chao gong, & koshi chimes.​

Private Yoga Sessions are a great way to start your yoga journey hyper aware of safe alignment in your unique body, and on the same token, private sessions can provide an experienced practitioner with the opportunity to dive deeper and explore more.

 

Yoga can translate as union with life. We work with yoga postures and breath-synchronized movements to bring re-alignment to the physical body, to clear energy, to connect with the magic of the breath, to tame the mind, process emotions, find clarity, choose joy, and to remember who we are; a soul having a human experience.

I ask people to ponder 2 questions when considering what amount on the pricing scale best serves them:

 

1. What can you truly afford?

2. How much value does this session hold for you?

 

The Lowest Amount on on the scale is the lowest rate I can offer for my service while staying true to my value.

 

The Highest Amount on the scale is for those wishing to give extra support with the intention of helping my private practice thrive. 

 

Any Amount you select on the sliding scale is appreciated and appropriate. Thank you!

Sliding Scale: $90 - $120

75-min. Sessions:

​

Sliding Scale: $115 - $150

​

90-min. Sessions:

 

Sliding Scale: $140 - $180

Private Group Sessions:

60-min. Sessions for 2 people:

Sliding Scale: $50 pp - $70 pp

​

60-min. Sessions for 3 people:

 

Sliding Scale: $40 pp - $60 pp

​

60-min. Sessions for 4 people:

 

Sliding Scale: $30 pp - $50 pp

Yoga Parties:

 

60-min. or 75-min. Parties:

 

Sliding Scale: $20 pp - $30 pp

Parties need a minimum of 5 people.

Max is based on the size of the space.

Private session, group session and party rates are subject to change based on travel, space rental fees, etc.

Travel Fee:

If I am traveling to your home, a travel fee ranging from $10 -$20 (dependent on how far a drive) may be added to the numbers you see above in order to compensate me for traveling costs and time spent traveling.

​

Space Rental Fee:

If our private session is not at my Home Studio in Brookfield, IL, a space rental fee may be added to the numbers you see above in order to cover the facility's fee. To my knowledge rental fees range between $15 and $30 per hour.
