ABOUT CLASSES

On Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm CST and/or Thursdays, 8:30-9:30am CST join me @cassonearth on instagram live for a 60 min. Yoga + Sound Healing class.

 

Enjoy a blend of mindful movements, breath work, meditation, relaxation techniques, and sound healing with quartz crystal singing bowls during savasana. My classes are friendly for all.

 

I offer a variety of variations in postures so that you feel empowered to tailor the practice to honor your needs. Relax, release, and nourish yourself - body, mind and spirit - from the comfort of your home.

If you can’t connect live at that time I’ll save the classes on my page for 24 hours after live streaming so you can get your self-practice in that day. 

I will be accepting love donations for my time and energy if you'd like to send a little something. I'm suggesting a donation of $5 - $15 per class. Thank you for considering to support me in this way. xo

Mindful Vinyasa

Experience a vinyasa flow class that mindfully weaves in meditation, breath-work, body awareness, the usage of props, and the offering of different variations in poses so that you feel empowered to tailor the practice to honor your needs. Vinyasa is the practice of intelligently linking postures with breath awareness and Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment. This combination will leave you feeling activated, relaxed and in tune with your Self. All are welcome.

Yin Yoga

Fridays 11:00-12:15pm

at: Ahimsa Yoga Studio

in La Grange, IL

Yin Yoga works with deep connective tissues and fascia in the body to elongate and strengthen your muscles. Yin Yoga postures are more passive in nature. They are mainly on the floor and heavily use props to support the target areas of the poses. It takes 90 seconds for connective tissue to respond to a stretch, so postures are held anywhere between 90 seconds and 5 minutes. In between postures, breath-synchronized movements will be used to counterpose the effects of the posture. Enjoy elements of meditation and breath-work throughout this practice. Relax, release, and nourish yourself - body, mind and spirit.
